M & B Contract Specialties Inc. is now a MBE/DBE Certified Company. The company was founded in 1982 and is based in Owings Mills, Maryland. M & B Contract Specialties Inc. offers general contractors & project managers window treatment from all major manufacturers, projection screens, cubicle curtains and offers a repair and cleaning service for all clients.

The company serves builders, architects, designers, government contractors and any commercial client in the tri-state area surrounding Washington, DC.

No job is too big or too small, and M & B brings the same level of dedication and diligence to all of their projects. They have furnished and installed window treatments from small, office refurbishing out-bids, to large, high-profile commercial contracts. Their client list includes Harkins Builders®, St. John Properties®, Merritt Properties®, Riparius Construction®* and many more.

Services

M & B Contract Specialties is a full-service contract distributor and installer of commercial window treatments. From beginning to end, we provide quality work and can be depended upon even after the project-work is finished. We take pride in our work and follow-through, and respond to any service call from an end user.

Equally service-oriented during installation, we will adapt to a builder or developer’s needs. For instance, we can order blinds for an entire building but delay installation until all tenant fit-out is complete, or install on a suite-by-suite basis. We are known for our responsiveness and quality.
