Our Roots

Raymond J. Vetter began working with traditional plaster around 1954.  In 1972, he and John Dolan founded V & J Construction Company.  The years since have seen substantial growth in the business as V & J has settled into the niche of high-end residential work.

Who We Are Today

In 1996, Raymond Vetter retired and his two sons Bob and Ray Vetter, along with Jim Lapczynski, took over ownership of the company.  Bob, Jim and Ray have all been with V & J for over 32 years. Having come through the ranks, they've developed an intricate working knowledge of all aspects of the plastering trade. From being on the job site with the rest of the team, in the office, or discussing and reviewing the plans with the architects - they dedicate themselves to every project.
