Founded in 1998, Advanced Prep Coat, Inc. (APC) has locations in Worcester MA and Putnam CT. We specialize in surface preparation and protective coatings for industrial, commercial, and municipal industries.

In 2005, APC purchased SCU Flooring Company to build on our already growing seamless floor division. Since then, we have grown into the Northeast?s largest surface preparation and coatings specialist.

APC?s flooring division prides itself on our ability to handle any floor, no matter the size or condition. This is achievable due to our personnel who are trained and certified, latest technology in surface prep equipment, and a close working relationship with product manufacturers like Dur-A-Flex, and Milamar Coatings amongst others. Advanced Prep Coat?s sandblasting division has the versatility of using many blast medias for prep, i.e. baking soda blasting, sponge blasting, wet blasting, and many more. APC uses only industry leading coating manufacturers to provide industrial coatings to our customers including but not limited to Carboline, CIM Industries, and Chesterton ARC Coatings. Our projects range from architectural blasting to confined space tank coatings.
