Our Story
Samsson Construction, was founded in 1982 by J. Richard Matassa. The company started as a small stilt home building and remodeling company.
In 1992 the company expanded new home construction into Western Hernando & Pasco counties and began adding small commercial projects, multifamily buildings and larger coastal home construction.
With steady growth and evolution, Samsson Construction Incorporated has shifted its focus primarily to commercial, industrial, multifamily and municipal construction.
Samsson Construciton, Inc. is operated by Richard J. Matassa, P.E. We take meeting and exceeding the engineering design a priority.
We bring new and expanded meaning to “Construction Professional”.
