Our pre-construction services help streamline the design and permitting process while assisting with budget projections for development and construction. Both Jerry and Jessica hold an ICC Class A Building Contractor Certification and have a combined total of over 50 years experience in the construction industry. My name is Jerry Melton, President of JL Melton Construction, Inc, I started JL Melton Construction, Inc. in the early 1990’s and pride myself on providing single source quality project management services.  My primary focus as a general contractor and project manager is to work as a team with all key personnel to ensure the project schedule is met, the budget is controlled and first class workmanship is provided. I hold an ICC Class A Building Contractor Certification and have 35+ years of hands on construction and construction management/supervision experience for commercial, industrial, institutional, and public works projects.
