We are a San Francisco contractor specializing in waterproofing and the masonry restoration of landmark and historically significant buildings.

We are an approved restoration contractor by city, state, and federal landmark agencies. In addition to restoration services, we also provide historical studies, specifications writing, and project supervision and management.

We work closely with landmark architects in testing, providing samples, and establishing procedures, as well as documenting the projects. Every phase of restoration is done in strict accordance with landmark agency requirements.

We perform restorations of concrete, plaster, brick, stucco, granite, sandstone, limestone, marble and terra cotta. As an approved applicator for many manufacturers, we can provide a wide range of restoration and waterproofing products.
