Kevin Fennimore CPE is one of 1200 Certified Professional Estimators in the USA qualified through the American Society of Professional Estimators. ASPE has a 40 year history of dedication to the construction industry setting higher standards and ethics through continuing education (go to http://www.aspenational.org ).
Kevin Fennimore CPE is the first Certified Professional Estimator to be given the lifetime status designation and now a Fellow with ASPE. Kevin Fennimore CPE has over 30 years construction management experience having a background diversified in building construction and heavy engineering. Kevin Fennimore CPE has the expertise to conceptualize a project, perform estimating, scheduling, preconstruction services and manage the work during construction. Kevin Fennimore CPE offers a streamlined cost effective approach to project planning and construction.
Prior to providing independent professional services Kevin Fennimore CPE worked as a construction estimator/project manager for large and small general contractors including Granite Construction (in top 25 construction firms in the USA), Daniels and House Construction (operating in Monterey, California), Carl N. Swenson and CH Leavell Companies.
Kevin Fennimore CPE has seven years of formal education in the construction industry with a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management at California Polytechnic University, Pomona and an Associate of Science degree in Building Technology at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Rosemead, California.
Kevin Fennimore CPE has formerly been a Certified Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Certified Mediator with the Conflict Resolution Research and Resource Institute.
