Scope Of Work
General Contracting Partners, Ltd. was contracted by Lexington Management to complete the lobby renovation at the 126-room Courtyard by Marriott in West Chester, Ohio. This was part of a national lobby renovation project rolled out by Courtyard to incorporate more fun and functionality into the business traveler's experience. This renovation included a redesign of the lobby to include The Bistro, as well as, a redesign of the fitness center.
