Mr. Carollo had been employed throughout 23 years as a mason, carpentry mechanic, foremen, general foreman and general superintendent in charge of multimillion dollar projects. Mr. Carollo brings his experience from actual construction to estimating, contract negotiations, scheduling and project management. Mr. Carollo directs all construction operations and is involved with new business development and project scheduling and administration.
Mr. Chelsen’s success in the construction industry began as a laborer after college. Becoming a carpenter mechanic and then general foreman, he gained extensive knowledge of production systems in the industry. Mr. Chelsen then worked with general contracting firms and expanded his knowledge to management skills, project scheduling and administration. Founder of CLJ Building Enterprises, Inc. in 1984, Mr. Chelsen now concerns himself with business development, cost estimation, contract review, project scheduling and administration.
Mr. Churgin joined CLJ in 1986. He completed four years of architectural and construction curriculum from New York Institute of Technology and has twenty nine years experience in all estimating functions, writing and negotiating contracts and project management. Mr. Churgin is responsible for all planning, scheduling, purchasing and getting the project completed within the time and cost limitations of the project.
