Builders Plastering, Inc.

I opened Builders Plastering Inc. in 1982 contracting in Southern California performing Lath and Plaster on Residential and commercial work. In 1989 we changed our focus to commercial work only.

We expanded to include Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems in 1994. In 2002 we became an EIFsmart contractor www.awci.com which requires that over half of our employees be nationally certified.  We are constantly working on learning and being certified in new cutting edge products.  We apply Interior plaster, Acrylic finishes and Venetian lime finishes. We are Certified installers of STO, dryvit. Senergy and Parex Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. We are a Parex Medalion applicator.

Most Plastering Contractors in California have an EIFS and all synthetic plaster exclusion in their Liability policies which is not stated on a Insurance Certificate.  We do not have an EIFS exclusion in our Liability insurance and it is shown on our certs.

Most plastering companies hire outside help and pay piece work.  We have our own employees, and our supervision has control of quality and safety because we pay our help by the hour. Our employees qualify as some of the best in the business and will give you a product you can be proud of. We always have English speaking employees on the jobsite.
