Our Story

Branscome Paving Company was formed in 1988 by Julius Branscome, owner of Julius Branscome Incorporated who also has been a contractor in Northern Virginia since 1962. It remains a family-owned business to this day. The quality of our products and services is a result of hard work and our commitment to excellence. This has remained the same from the very first ton of asphalt we produced to our most recent one.

?For more than thirty years we have successfully served the Counties and municipalities of Northern Virginia. We have earned several awards for the work we have performed and have achieved a reputation for outstanding service and excellent quality.

We are active members of the Virginia Asphalt Association, Old Dominion Highway Contractors Association and The Heavy Construction Contractors Association. Participation in these associations keeps us current on issues of customer satisfaction, product improvements and issues that impact the communities we serve.

?Excellence is the attribute we have striven for every day since our founding in 1988 and the one we continue to pursue. In fact, it is the unspoken cornerstone of our core values that have allowed us to become a leading paving company in Virginia.
