Built in 1949 the tower was known as the General Petroleum, it was renovated in 2002-2003 and converted into apartments.
Terra-cotta facade restoration cleaning.
Remove and replacement of all sealant.
Terra-cotta patch and repair.
Terra-cotta facade tuck point.
CIP rear elevation and 2 light courts, patch and repair of cement surfaces, prep surfaces for new finish coat.
Refinish granite facade at 1st floor elevation.
