Greco has over 20 years of experience providing field services, trade specialty, general contracting, property preservation and maintenance services in both REO and private sector. Our clientele base is comprised of various institutions, such as, Corporate Entities, Investment Groups, Brokers, Asset Management Firms and Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE). Over the years, Greco has been able to seamlessly provide services to educational institutions, various national corporations and the REO industry.

Our “can do” attitude has allowed us to work on a diversified portfolio of projects including commercial painting, tenant improvements, build-outs, lot clearing and landscaping to name of few. After years of experience and variety of projects completed, Greco has established a systematic process that allows us to fully manage each project from A to Z. In addition to our dedicated team members, Greco believes that technology is paramount to keeping a constant flow of communication. With this is mind, Greco designed and launched a user-friendly portal to enable the ordering and tracking of projects. This system allows the Client to navigate through a vibrant, icon based order system that is interactive and always accessible. Our system not only facilitates the ordering of services, but gives the Client the ability to track the progress of any given work order and exchange information with our office.
