Landmark Surveys

Otto Rossmeyer, the President and Owner, founded Landmark Surveys, LLC in 2002 after a successful career as a Technical Manager and Project Surveyor with several other large, New Jersey surveying companies. Otto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying & Mapping Science from East Tennessee State University. He currently serves as President of the Rolling Hills Chapter of New Jersey Professional Land Surveyors (NJPLS) and is a full member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM).

Our staff is continually updating their technical knowledge and staying informed about local, state and federal regulations. We use only state-of-the-art equipment for the most accurate and precise results. Landmark’s inventory includes the most technologically advanced robotic instruments and GPS surveying systems, enabling quick turnaround and increased production.
