Scope Of Work
Design and permit zoning documents (PAD), plat, all civil improvements (water, sewer, streets, drainage), for the master subdivision and all site improvements for the Assisted Living facility constructed with Phase 1. Scope also included consultant coordination, hydrology, CLOMR, drainage studies, utility reports, neighborhood meetings, and city council presentations. Field services during construction include staking, QA/QC, geotechnical support, and engineering construction administration.
