Construction Systems, Inc.

Construction Systems has been serving the Tri-State area since it was established in 1984 by Andrew Szymanski. Initially, the company acted as interior carpentry and exterior insulation finish system sub-contractor. The clients included State and Federal government and private contractors. During that time Construction Systems performed extensive facility upgrades at McGuire Air Force Base. The work performed also included many School renovation jobs.

In 2002 Construction Systems expanded to provide Construction Management Services in commercial and residential areas. Currently we also offer Consulting Services including construction estimating and owner’s representative services. Construction system performs site analysis, feasibility and preliminary design studies, cost analysis, value engineering and permit/zoning applications prior to construction.

Since Joanna Szymanska joined the company in 2010, design build services and exterior restoration services are offered.
