David T. Cham, founder of Cham Estimating Service Inc„ is a certified professional estimator (CPE) by the American Society of Professional Estimators. He has a bachelor of professional studies degree in Construction Management from Pratt Institute and a master degree in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has over thim years of experience and has been involved in a wide variety of projects from public to private owners. He has vast experience in commercial projects, offices, schools, colleges and universities, assisted living facilities, condominiums, child care centers, police and courthouses, transportation and vehicle maintenance centers, landmark and historic preservation, and high end residential homes. He has also participated in value engineering workshops and testified as an expert witness in construction cost estimating.
