Rich grew up in the HVAC industry and joined Howell’s full time in 1987. He has served in numerous capacities including residential and commercial installation, fabrication, marketing, purchasing, residential sales, replacement sales, commercial design, sales and project management and Vice President of Sales. He is currently serving as President and CEO.
Tracy has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He has been employed with Howell's since 1991 as the Service Manager. He is an approved instructor and proctor for CFC and NATE certification. He is an active member with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and is the past President of the Central Virginia chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. His passions are his family, the open road on his Harley, and the success of Howell's.
