The company had substantial growth due to almost 90% repeat business. Adhering to the principles of integrity, quality, and service, Roof Services has grown from a small commercial roofing company of 20 employees and $2 million dollars in sales to its current size of 200 employees and $25 million in sales. "We believe this growth was due to being a partner with our customers from the first phone call until all their needs are satisfied." This philosophy has permeated throughout the company from the owners to the field personnel.

The company's headquarters is located in Virginia Beach with a fully staffed branch office in Richmond. The Richmond location was established in 1998 due to several customers opening locations in Richmond and requesting we follow so they could continue to get the same unmatched service available at the beach. The Richmond location has had substantial growth with our present customers and new customers who enjoy our philosophies and work ethic. Our most recent expansion has been the opening of the Chesterfield office in 2007; serving the Richmond and Northern Virginia area.

At Roof Services, Tecta America, we have a fully staffed production department, service department, sheet metal fabrication plant, as well as a composite panel fabrication plant. We install all types of commercial roofing systems such as single ply, modified, elastomeric coatings, standing seam metal, and composite wall panels.
