Kenyon & Partners, Inc.

Kenyon & Partners, Inc. was founded in 2001 with a vision of creating a professional construction company that acts and provides services like an architectural/engineering firm. We began as an MEP Engineering company but within a year formed a construction division and contracted over $2 million in design/build work.
 
     We are a Florida corporation registered to provide both construction and engineering services for any size/type of building. We have completed over 200 construction projects and our size and capabilities have continued to grow each year to include projects over $15 million.
 
     In 2007, Kenyon & Partners, Inc. formed KPI Engineering, Inc. and moved our mechanical and electrical design staff into this new company. Both companies continue to share the same professional philosophies under common ownership. Our headquarters for both companies are located in Tampa allowing harmonious operation on design/build work
