Scope Of Work
This three-phase, 266,052 sq ft project included a 208,000 sq ft replacement hospital, a 34,079 sq ft classroom addition, a 5,810 sq ft research laboratory, and a 18,163 sq ft renovation to the existing classroom facility. The new Wilford and Kate Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital includes an enclosed dog park and designated units for each type of hospital service, each unit with an exam room, a treatment room, and a seminar room for student discussion. Brasfield & Gorrie was the construction manager for the project.
