Albert Faragalla's Bio
Albert Faragalla serves as Chief Financial Officer for Site Link Wireless and Construction. He has over 25 years of accounting, tax, and financial planning experience. Albert has held positions as Controller, CFO, and VP of Finance for a variety of companies, with annual revenues ranging from $2-280 million. He is the founder of Faragalla & Associates, an accounting firm serving Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. The firm’s clientele include a diversified mix of industries such as large satellite companies, wireless telecommunications consultants, government contractors, and medical practices. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
David Yacoub's Bio
David Yacoub serves as President & Chief Executive Officer for Site Link Wireless and Construction. David has been involved in the wireless telecommunications industry for over 19 years, participating in every aspect of site development, including several large-scale projects such as macro, in-building DAS and special event deployments. David founded Site Link in 2002, and is responsible for the oversight of the company’s Administrative, Marketing, Sales and Business Development activities. David has been primarily responsible for the growth of the companies, including the addition of the Construction Services division in 2007. Under his leadership, Site Link has grown to a full-service turnkey operation, handling thousands of sites annually and serving most of the major wireless carriers throughout the United States.
In addition to his responsibilities at Site Link, David is a founding member and currently serves as President of the Maryland DC Wireless Association. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College and completed his graduate certificate at The Johns Hopkins University.

Jeremy Talman's Bio
Jeremy Talman serves as Vice President, Operations, for Site Link Wireless. Prior to joining Site Link in 2005, Jeremy worked as a commercial real estate appraiser specializing in appraisals for right-of-way acquisition, condemnation, and litigation. Jeremy has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience and was previously licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland. While at Site Link, Jeremy has managed numerous projects for several major wireless carriers and their affiliates. Jeremy’s current responsibilities include program management, strategic planning, business development, client relationships, vendor relationships, profit and loss, employee evaluation and employee mentoring. Jeremy has been a member of the Site Link Wireless and Site Link Construction Board of Directors since 2012. Jeremy holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the James Madison University College of Business. Jeremy also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland DC Wireless Association.
Joel Strautin's Bio
Joel Strautin joined the Site Link team in 2006 as a construction manager. Over the past 12 years, Joel has held many construction & project management positions supporting major wireless carrier deployments in the mid-Atlantic region. Joel has been involved in significant CapEx projects for Nextel, Sprint, Cricket, Clearwire, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. Joel currently serves as the Director of Operations for Site Link Construction. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Phil Stetler's Bio
Phil Stetler currently serves as the Zoning Director for Site Link Wireless. Prior to joining Site Link in 2007, Phil worked as an educator in the Baltimore City Public School system. While at Site Link, Phil has managed the zoning and government relations side of a wide variety of projects for Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile in addition to tower companies including Crown Castle and American Tower. Phil’s experience includes management of modification, new site build, and small cell/DAS projects. Phil’s current responsibilities include project management, client relationships, governmental and jurisdictional relationships, and employee development and mentoring. Phil holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond as well as a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) from Wesley Seminary. Phil also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Eastside Community Reinvestment Corporation, a 501c3 dedicated to affordable housing issues in eastern Baltimore City.
Shawn Smith's Bio
Shawn Smith serves as the Vice President of Operations for Site Link Construction. Prior to joining Site Link in early 2009, Shawn founded several businesses in the Baltimore Washington metropolitan area serving the residential construction industry. Shawn has more than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction management. While at Site Link, Shawn has managed several projects for major wireless carriers and their affiliates. Shawn has been a member of the Site Link Wireless and Site Link Construction Board of Directors since 2012. Shawn holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Providence College and an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland.

Drew Montgomery's Bio
Drew Montgomery started with Site Link Wireless as a college intern in 2005 and then was hired as a full time employee after graduation in 2006. After being hired Drew served as a Leasing Specialist on projects for a number of clients, including T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Nextel, Clearwire, AT&T, Bechtel, American Tower and Crown Castle. He currently serves Site Link Wireless in the role of Site Development Director, managing a team of employees as well as vendors for Site Link Wireless. Drew graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
