Genard Group, Ltd. is a franchise of Butler Manufacturing Company offering Design Build, Supply and Erect, ReRoof, Repair, Expansion, Project Management, Consultation and General Contracting services. Started by Jim Genard, who has been in the construction industry since 1971, the company has grown under his direction every year. Genard Group, Ltd. has been a Butler buildings dealer since 1994, serving all of Eastern Pennsylvania. It is safe to say Butler Manufacturing Company is not your typical building company as they have spent the better part of a hundred years as the worldwide leader in building systems design.

?Genard Group, Ltd. first started a steel erecting crew in 2010 and in 2011 announced the addition of a Safety Director along with an employee-based safety committee. Genard Group, Ltd. maintains their own safety program for all employees and subcontractors. Safety, quality and customer satisfaction are Genard Group, Ltd.’s top goals.

Genard Group, Ltd. is a proud member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) as well as partnering with OSHA to mentor other companies involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors Safety Committee. As a mentor, Genard Group, Ltd. has presented on numerous times on safety topics and industry standards to guide other professionals in the construction field. 

Genard Group, Ltd. is actively involved in the local community and has been an active member of the Liberty Chapter of the AMBUCS organization for over a decade. Also, Genard Group, Ltd. is an active supporter of the United States Military and their members (past, present and future) by donating time and financial support to Wreathes Across America.
