Scope Of Work
A negotiated project with the owner that incorporated extensive preconstruction planning and cost estimating to get Tindell’s what they needed in the budget they had to work with. The overall development includes 5,000 sq. ft. of office and sales showroom area. A 24,000 sq. ft. warehouse with dock and drive-in doors that includes a 3,000 sq. ft. mezzanine and a 20,000 sq. ft. lumber shed
