Scope Of Work
This five-building, 210,000 SF multi-tenant retail center included core & shell construction plus interior fit-out for Shop Rite, Ross Dress for Less, Joyce Leslie, Restaurant Depot (fit-out only) and Family Dollar. A geo piers system was used to address unstable soil conditions at the former Tasty Baking Company plant site that was demolished prior to construction of the new complex.
