Scope Of Work
The renovation of Concourse D consisted of the buildout of 8 restaurants. The restaurants included 40/40 Club, Famous Famiglia, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Grindhouse Killer Burger, Das Waffle Haus & Pub, Freshens, Garbanzo, and Goldberg’s. The project scope included demolition, millwork, drywall, hard tile, signage, MEPs, and installation of all owner furnished equipment. A grease trap and rooftop gas distribution system were installed to support the new restaurants.
