Founded in 1995 by Jim St. Clair, St. Clair Construction, Inc. began its first project in earnest… a Boston Market Restaurant in Amherst NY . Building on the success of that first project, we have grown into an award winning, multi-million dollar standout in the Restaurant and Commercial/Retail construction industries. With more than 500 projects under our belt, our experience ranges from a $100,000 interior remodel, to a $4,000,000 multi-story restaurant built on a waterfront site; from an 800-square foot retail space to a 20,000 square foot travel plaza. Licensed in most States, we have completed projects from California to New York and from Wisconsin to Florida with hundreds of stops in between.
