EPITOME OF NEW URBANISM

The 9ines is a mixed-use building located on the north side of Omaha’s downtown district close to the CenturyLink Center (formerly Quest Center) and across from TD Ameritrade Park.  The 35,000 sf building is the corner post of Omaha’s diverse and ever-growing economy.  The building and the tenants that call home to the edgy and artistic structure have breathed new life into the revitalized landscape of downtown Omaha, making it something for everyone.

What once was a railroad painting station, the 9ines blossomed into a conduit to connect people and their environment.  The 24-unit loft apartments provide housing to several of Omaha’s young professionals.  It is this younger generation who embrace the modern neighborhood in which they eat, sleep and play within walking distance to the activities of their energetic lives. Whether it be purchasing baseball souvenirs, getting frozen yogurt after a date or people watching on the bustling street prior to a baseball game, the 9ines’ tenants have nearly everything at their fingertips.
