He has provided technical services for a wide variety of land development and municipal utility projects throughout Hampton Roads. In his career he has held positions as draftsman, senior designer/CADD technician, and project engineer.

Bobby has over 30 years of full-time work experience in the construction industry within the Hampton Roads market area. During his career as Vice President of George Nice & Sons he has managed, scheduled, and directed daily field operations for multiple crews and subcontractors on commercial and residential site development, and municipal and transportation projects, managed a fleet of construction equipment to ensure proper operation, utilization and maintenance, and developed a reputation for quality construction, and strict adherence to the highest standards of construction.

Jerry has over 30 years of full-time work experience in the construction industry within the Hampton Roads market area. During his career as Vice President of George Nice & Sons, he has managed, scheduled, and directed daily field operations for multiple crews and subcontractors on commercial and residential site development, and municipal and transportation projects, implemented and supervised the use of company-owned GPS equipment for construction stakeout and automated machine controls, managed a fleet of construction equipment to ensure proper operation, utilization and maintenance, and developed a reputation for quality construction, and strict adherence to the highest standards of construction.

Michael has over 20 years of full-time work experience in the construction industry within the Hampton Roads market area. During his career he has held positions as field engineer, superintendent/foreman, project engineer, project manager, grading division manager, director of business development, and vice president. He has solicited contracting opportunities with government and private clients associated with site development, heavy/highway and civil projects, managed construction division operations and multiple heavy/highway projects, performed design and construction administration services for various roadway, land development, and municipal water/wastewater projects, and even gained hands-on experience on site, road and utility construction early in his career as an equipment operator, grade checker and pipe layer.

Ray has over 30 years of full-time work experience in the construction industry within the Hampton Roads market area. During his career he has held positions as CADD technician, project engineer, and vice president. He has solicited contracting opportunities with government and private clients associated with site development, heavy/highway and civil projects, managed construction division operations and multiple heavy/highway projects, performed design and construction administration services for various roadway, land development, and municipal water/wastewater projects, and prepared detailed cost estimates for paving, grading, excavating, and underground construction projects in accordance with scope of work and RFP instructions.

Cliff has over 15 years of experience in estimating. His responsibilities include preparing and coordinating the preparation of full estimates on large and complex projects as required by client’s documents and providing complete conceptual and total bid prices.
