Hired to fill a bookkeeping/receptionist vacancy, Mary rapidly
exhibited outstanding accounting and organizational skills to become
our office manager shortly thereafter, and then controller. She has
served the key role in the introduction, installation, and integration
of numerous technology updates of various BMI accounting functions and
has proven initiatives that improve our financial operations.
A stickler for details and ethics, she oversees multiple
administrative and financial management activities, including
corporate internal control functions, job cost control and payroll services.
A longtime resident of San Carlos, Mary is married with four
children, and has been very active in various non-profit fundraising
endeavors, and has served on the Alumnae Board for Notre Dame High
School over 20 years. She is a tutor for Project Read, concentrating
on at-risk high school students. She holds a BS in Business
Administration from the College of Notre Dame, and an AA in
Management. She has also studied architecture and design.
