The Fairfax Villa Elementary School project consisted of a new 12,000 SF addition which added 10 classroom spaces to the school. The addition ties in to the existing building in two places to create a new courtyard. The project also included upgrades to the storm water management system, revitalization of the play field, and added reforestation plantings surrounding the site. Construction was complete within one year while the school remained open and fully functioning.
