Hello, my name is Bob Sonier.  I have worked at LDS&S since 1978. The first 9 years working as a countertop fabricator. Then moving on to outside sales covering Wisconsin while working the full spectrum of products carried by LDS&S. As a material supplier I have worked with many of the millwork shops, countertops manufacturers, cabinet manufacturers, and other commercial and residential suppliers to the construction industry. In, 1993, shortly after being promoted to Vice President, Mark Damon (President) and I purchased LDS&S from the founding family. Since then, we have worked together with our staff to add high quality name brand products. I am proud to say that many of the LDS&S employees have been part of the LDS&S team for over 10 years with most working at LDS&S for 15-25 years. I pride my self  in teaching all LDS&S employees to be a solution for our customers. There is a tool for every project we may hold the right tools for your needs. 

Hello, I'm Mark,  As president and owner of LDS&S for over 24 years, I have many years of experience in this industry. I have held positions in: purchasing, merchandise management for wholesale distributors to retail, and industrial. I have worked closely with builders, government and military customers. In 1993 I bought LDS&S, partnering with Bob Sonier, Vice President.

I truly believe that successful people are always looking for opportunities to help others. Here at LDS&S I provide an environment for my staff to create friendships with our customers. Hello My name is Jim, I have been with LDS&S since 1992. I have been the Operations Manager since I started. Prior I had worked with a retail woodworkers store. Then moving on to a Minnesota based machinery supplier. Since joining LDS&S I work closely with our vendors and customers. I believe  in building relationships with our customers. When you call our customer service line you will always get a live person to speak with (no computer answering machine) that can help you with your orders or questions. Our staff may not always know the answers but, we will do our very best to get the most accurate information (good or bad) so that you can make decisions in the best interest of your business.  I firmly believe that we will always do our best for all our customers. We are a family own business that treats our customer as such.  

My name is Maria, I am the specification rep for LDS&S. I work closely with Architects and Designers, providing the spec information and samples. I make sure to provide the design community the most up to date product information. All products are viewed as tools that are selected to perform the best for the  project owner. Accurate information allows the design professional to verify and support decisions to use specific products. I am authorized by our vendors to conduct training sessions and CEU sessions for the design community ( specifically the AIA and ASID) regarding solid surface and high pressure laminates.

Hello I am Troy I have been with LDS&S since 1992. I worked in the warehouse for about 4 years before starting my own business distributing tools. After some time I return to LDS&S as there outside sale Representative. Later, I was promoted as the Senior Sales Rep. I have years of experience working with Millwork shops, Fabricators, and Cabinet Manufacturers. I work in North and South  Dakota, Minnesota, UP of Michigan as well as Wisconsin. I take special pride in working closely with my customers, training them in product knowledge and product use. I am a great resource due to my extensive experience. 

Hello My name is Bryan. I have been a coating specialist for 7 years. I am a expert in color matching and finish systems development. I work all product lines of LDS&S  but specialist in color matching and stain. I have developed finish system for several high profile projects working closely with residential and commercial shops as well as professional  wood finishers. I take pride in building a friendship with all of my customers. 

My name is Pete Walter. In the past I have worked in the Home Center industry as a store manager. After the Home Center I worked as an outside salesman in Wisconsin and Illinois for a Wisconsin based countertop manufacturer. Products included laminate, solid surface, cultured marble countertops, and cabinets. I have worked with Home Centers, Independent Lumber Yards, Hardware Stores, Kitchen and Bath Showrooms, Remodelers, and commercial and residential Contractors. Currently I work as an outside salesman visiting various retail location around Southern Wisconsin and North Eastern Illinois.

Hello, We are the customer service staff at LDS&S,

I am Tracie, the Senior Customer Service Rep.  I have been with LDS&S for over 15 yrs. I have worked closely with my customers and have built relationship and friendships. I take pride in assisting my customer with recommendations and making sure my customers get their products in a timely manor. I have extensive product knowledge in the best ways to expedite orders via working with vendors to meet customer expectations.  

Hello I am Sue, I was with LDS&S for more than 8 years. Leaving to raise my family. I recently  came back a few months ago. I truly enjoy working with our customers. Our staff takes great pride in the work we conduct. The family environment that exists with in LDS&S makes my work enjoyable. 

I am Erin. My work includes  purchasing and receiving. I work closely with the Costumer Service TEAM assisting as needed to make sure our customer needs are always meet. We take great pride in the relaxing environment filled with laughs that LDS&S welcomes all our customer with.

Hello I am Pam. I am the accounting Manager. I also assist with customer service as needed. I work closely with customer in dealing with there account in the financial aspect. LDS&S is truly a friendly place to work. The whole staff works together as a team to make sure we have great customer service.  

I am Wendell Miles, I have worked for LDS&S for a little over 16 years, I have been in the laminate industry for over 30 years. Prior to LDS&S I worked with Nevamar. My experience includes over 40 years of calling on the Architectual Design community and  working with General Contractors, Distributors, Kitchen & Bath Showrooms and Pluming Wholesalers. I also work as a estimator for large projects. My areas are Illinois and Indiana. LDS&S as a whole takes great pride in our customer relationships. We build our relationships with our customer as being a part of the solutions that projects run smoothly.
