Scope Of Work
8146 Big Lake, Lake Charles, LA 70605: Construction of new 54,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building to be used as a warehouse for LNG tanker ship spare parts. Building includes 9,000 sq. ft. area for administrative offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms and a smaller warehouse area. Project included site improvements, utilities with sanitary treatment unit, dock high building foundation with ramps, large overhead doors, three (3) ship propeller racks, wet pipe fire protection system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, communication system, remote controlled gate and perimeter fencing.
