Scope Of Work
Brentwood Estates is an upper end apartment complex. Each unit includes a fenced back yard, fireplace, granite countertops and air-conditioning. The project was constructed in four phases and includes 300 units in 80 buildings. There is a 6,000 sq. ft. recreation center with a fully equipped workout room, an office, meeting room and kitchen. Adjacent to the center are tennis and basketball courts and a fenced play yard.
