Scope Of Work
Description: Renovation and remodel of an existing 4 story, 57,312 square foot luxury hotel. Complete renovation all the way down to the studs, including new seismic, electrical, HVAC and finishes. A beautiful beachside setting with new pool, hardscapes, and lush landscaped pathways. New interior refurbishments include lobby, laundry facilities, banquet room and featuring the all new Convivo Restaurant.
