Scope Of Work
The Les Chateaux Senior Community project is located in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. Financed by HUD and low income housing tax credits, the project consisted of the new construction of a three story, 62 unit building, a three story, 40 unit building and a community center for seniors. The project also included site improvements, parking lot, entry gate and retaining wall.
