Schulz-Clearwater Sanitation was originally founded by the Schulz family in 1944, making us the most long-standing, experienced portable restroom company in the Northwest.

In 1985 the Lumber Family assumed the responsibility of running the company and have worked continuously over the years to grow the company into the successful enterprise it is today.
