PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The high profile Soccer Field Complex is located on 44 acres of existing soccer fields in the City of Schertz. The new complex includes six soccer fields, field lights, a concessions/restrooms building, two parking lots, access roads, site utilities, landscaping, irrigation and a storm water detention pond.
The 6,990 square foot concessions/restrooms building was constructed of split face CMU, metal wall panels and standing seam metal roof. In addition, the project included 288,085 square feet of parking lot area (679 parking saves with 14 handicap spaces). Approximately 10,000 lineal feet of curb, 4,000 lineal feet of sidewalk, 4284 lineal feet6 of decomposed granite walking trails, 1,404,805 square feet of hydro much, 50, 968 lineal feet of irrigation piping and 1,095 sprinkler heads and bubblers were installed.
