Tempe Mechanical was founded by Arthur W. Young in 1986 with two employees and a belief that there was a need in the industry for a company that provides responsive quality service to its customers.

Today, Tempe Mechanical has over 200 employees, 40 plus vehicles on the road and generates revenues of over $20 million annually. The company is consistently ranked in the top 15 on The Business Journal Book of Lists of the top mechanical contractors in Arizona for the past 8 years. Tempe Mechanical not only serves customers in Arizona, but in the entire Southwest Region
