Barlow Concrete Construction has been in business since 1992 and specializes in highway, commercial, and residential concrete construction. The majority of our work is performed in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Our expertise includes slip form curb and gutter, concrete paving, decorative stamped concrete, commercial building footers and slabs, exterior concrete flat work, and pervious concrete.
