Founded in 1986, the company was first known as Meyer Builders of Pleasant Valley. The company quickly gained a reputation for reliability and quality work, as well as its dedication to service. After its early success, the company changed its name to Meyer Contracting Corporation in 1994. Today, Meyer is an open shop general contractor that performs both prevailing wage and private work.
