Welch Surveyors

Welch Associates was founded in 1993 and is certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the State of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island.  Our Professional Land Surveyors are registered in four New England states and are supported by a talented and professional staff of 15.  We stay abreast of changing industry standards and business trends by attending specialized training courses and actively participating in professional associations. 

Welch Associates specializes in providing construction layout support for prominent general contractors and base mapping surveys for design professionals such as engineers and architects. Due to the size and scope of many of our projects, we carry a $1,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance Policy as well as a $2,000,000 General Liability Policy with a $5,000,000 Umbrella. 

Our surveys are performed utilizing state-of-the-art total stations, data collectors and RTK GPS equipment, with all field data being transferred directly via computer into the AUTOCAD software package.  All of our survey plans are computer generated using the latest version of AUTOCAD, currently Civil 3D 2016.
