LaRiviere Inc. is an Idaho licensed Contractor with the “Unlimited” designation with over 40 years of experience. At LaRiviere, we are making a difference through Commercial & Civil General Contracting and Excavation. We have been providing construction services in California, Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, Boise and the surrounding areas since 1975. The team has completed more than 800 projects with success and integrity.  Our daily commitment is in the best interests of the people we serve as qualified and experienced contractors.  We pride ourselves in being both efficient and cost-effective. All insurance, bonding requirements, and adequate licensure are in place. The company is owned by Tommy LaRiviere.

LaRiviere is a full-service, traditional general contractor typically self-performing concrete, carpentry, structural steel, miscellaneous metal and selected finish work. Our services include general contracting, trucking and excavation, design-build, construction management and pre-construction services including constructability analysis, budgeting and effective yet sensitive "value engineering".
