Scope Of Work
Clark/Sullivan delivered a $20 million, 87,000 sf middle school campus to Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. The campus, Alder Creek Middle School, was constructed with structural steel and CMU and included a gym, cafeteria/auditorium, 2-story classroom wing, computer room, library and administrative area.
