Scope Of Work
Laurel Ridge II is the second and final phase for the development that SEH will have completed for Toll Brothers which started in 2015. Phase 1 consisted of 103 single and town house lots on 24 Acres which also holds the largest traffic circle in the county that SEH constructed.
Project Facts:
+ Approximately 17,000 sf of Keystone retaining wall was installed.
+ Approximately 100,000 cy of dirt was moved.
+ Approximately 3,700 lf of curb and gutter placed.
+ Approximately 6,500 sy of asphalt paving.
