Scope Of Work
The five-story, 62,546 square foot, Fairfield Inn contains 119 rooms/suites along with a cafe and swimming pool. Directly located across the street from Notre Dame University, the hotel was designed with a Notre Dame style theme with a fountain and other added features that set off the property. This Fairfield Inn was constructed out of a metal stud/prefabricated panel system with a combination of brick and limestone displayed as the exterior. Strategically placed, the Fairfield Inn has lots of entertainment surrounding it, including university facilities, ice skating rings, and other housing development.
