Team Commercial Construction, Inc. is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm founded in 1994. Our corporate headquarters are located at the north end of the San Francisco Bay, in the historic town of Point Richmond, California.

Our name best expresses the attitude and commitment we try to bring to each project in which we participate. As problem solvers, we are dedicated to fully involving ourselves in a “team” approach to our projects in coordination with our clients, owners, architects and designers, brokers and other consultants.

We take great pride in the work we perform and the on-going relationships we have formed with many of our clients. In fact, most of our work comes from repeat business or references from past clients. We are fortunate to have experienced incremental and sustained annual growth since our founding. We sincerely believe that it is our team approach to the business of construction that will provide us with our continued growth in the years ahead.
