Clover Contracting, Inc. is a growing full service commercial Plumbing and Mechanical Contractor that understands Building Life Cycle Management. We understand how to assist our clients through the use of preconstruction services all the way to final commissioning of Mechanical Systems. Clover Contracting’s Service Department then offers preventative maintenance and building services for the lifetime of the project. We strive to provide our customers with the most complete and efficient package, whether it be to your design specifications or through our method of Integrated Project Delivery.

We are a green building proponent understanding the need for sustainability and integrated design in the building process and within your building. Clover Contracting has the resources to see that your project meets is sustainable building goals. Many of the members of Clover Contracting’s team are USGBC LEED accredited and Green Advantage Certified. This gives us a keen understanding of reusable resources and energy efficient products and installations as well as a mind for value-added engineering. Since we offer our own Controls Department, Clover Contracting is able to easily regulate our installed energy management systems and to offer building energy conservations strategies for new and renovation construction projects.

Clover Contracting is certified as a Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Clover maintains membership in the national, state and local levels of Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors (PHCC) and is an active member with American Building Contractors. Our office is located right in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan region.

Clover Contracting understands the need for lean construction principals, controlling costs and increasing production while adhering to stringent quality control standards. Our team members in the field are all up to date on their safety training and many of our plumbers have received certifications in Medical Gas Installation.

Clover Contracting is growing our Service Department to better serve our clients. Our team of professional plumbers and licensed heating and air conditioning technicians are on call 24 hours a day in trucks that are fully stocked with inventory needed to solve most issues that arise on call. Since Clover Contracting chooses to self-perform start-up on the construction projects we make sure our technicians continually receive manufacturer training on the latest HVAC/R and Plumbing Equipment.
