I am so glad to see the Reliable Glass that I have known return and shine after the trouble that was seen at Woodward a couple years back. I was extremely hesitant before we started on how this summer would go. It was very obvious that you had full intention on repairing the relationship with me on this project. Reliable was the ONLY trade willing to put in the hours to get their work complete, not on time, but ahead of schedule. That's unheard of on a summer school project! A first for me in 8 years of doing KPS jobs. Every worker onsite has an amazing attitude. Friendly, humorous, and above all professional. Brian knocked it out of the park as the foreman. He was looking ahead and pushing the job. Justin did an excellent job making sure I was being taken care of and got my pricing that I requested in a timely manner. I don't get the opportunity to send positive emails. In this industry it seems we focus too much on the negatives. I am liking forward to working with Reliable Glass again in the future!
