Scope Of Work
The 23,145 square foot public safety facility was built within an existing structure and was completed in March, 2013. The $4.5 million building is located at 3401 Edwin Street and now houses the Budget Office, Administrative Services Division, Quartermaster, the Gang Unit and a secure Property and Evidence Room. The Property and Evidence Room is 9,300 square feet and aims to maximize evidence storage space and energy efficiency. The room features include motion sensory lighting, mobile shelving, an exhaust extraction vent, glass interior windows for light distribution, ductless air conditioning and heavy insulation. Public access is available behind the building at its Ross Road entrance.
